Take a deep breath, slow down, and let these affirmations guide your heart and mind back to what is already true.

Affirmation:
Before I do anything today, I remember who I am.

Scripture:
“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” — 1 John 3:1

Affirmation:
I am created in the image of God. That is my unchanging nature.

Scripture:
“So God created mankind in his own image…” — Genesis 1:27

Affirmation:
My worth is rooted in being God’s creation and His child

Scripture:
“The Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship…” — Romans 8:15

Affirmation:
I do not earn my place as God’s child. I receive it.

Scripture:
“To all who did receive him… he gave the right to become children of God.” — John 1:12

Affirmation:
My value is not on trial today. God loves me as I am.

Scripture:
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8

Nothing I accomplish today can increase my value.

Scripture:
“For it is by grace you have been saved… not by works, so that no one can boast.” — Ephesians 2:8–9

I move from a place of identity and approval, not for identity or approval.

“This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.” — Matthew 3:17

Nothing I struggle with today can decrease my value.

Scripture:
“There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” — Romans 8:1

God is not disappointed in me. He is with me.

Scripture:
“The Lord your God is with you… he will take great delight in you.” — Zephaniah 3:17

God is not fighting me. He is for me.

Scripture:
“If God is for us, who can be against us?” — Romans 8:31

God delights in His children.

“The Lord delights in his people…” — Psalm 149:4

The Father is not scanning my life for failure. I begin this day secure.

Jesus is my advocate, not my accuser.

Scripture:
“We have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.” — 1 John 2:1

The Spirit strengthens me from within.

Scripture:
“He strengthens you with power through his Spirit in your inner being.” — Ephesians 3:16

Affirmation:
By God’s grace I am what I am, and His grace is active and alive today.

“By the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect.” — 1 Corinthians 15:10
