15 Christian Affirmations for Healing Mind, Body and Spirit

Sometimes our minds and bodies carry so much stress, fear, and tension that we rarely experience true rest.

But moments of stillness, prayer, gratitude, and meditation on God’s promises can bring peace to the mind, renewal to the soul and healing to the body.

As Proverbs 14:30 says, “A heart at peace gives life to the body.”

As you read and recite these affirmations, don’t worry about trying to force anything to happen. Simply breathe, relax, and rest in the loving presence of God.
